I work with data by day and build with it by night. By profession, I lead product organization transformations — moving teams from reactive shared-service models to outcome-driven product operating models, grounded in formal training in SVPG principles. By inclination, I am a hands-on builder who can sit with an analyst's dataset or an engineer's codebase, untangle what is broken, and make grounded calls about where AI and agents genuinely help versus where they get in the way.
Every personal project is an extension of the work — a way to stay sharp on the skills that make me a better PM. In the past four months alone, I have directed engineering, AI agents, and tooling to ship three distinct product concepts from scratch. What drives all of it is the same impulse: giving people better data to make decisions with, or just more engaging ways to interact with something they already care about.

Single-elimination bracket tracker for the 2026 NCAA Men's Lacrosse tournament. 16 teams, 15 picks, one champion. Deployed as a static site—zero backend, zero dependencies, zero budget.

Melee is a social prediction platform for private friend groups—pick brackets, award-show ballots, or any structured event, then watch picks, trash talk, and the leaderboard update in real time. It wasn't designed, it was discovered: a one-off NCAA lacrosse bracket app revealed that the social layer—pick visibility, chatter, leaderboard transparency—drives more engagement than the event itself. AI-assisted event creation now lets a host scaffold any competition from a plain-English description in minutes.
